HARM Edged Tools CC designs, manufactures, and sells handcrafted knives and related products. Every item is produced to a high standard; however, due to the handmade nature of our work, variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian.
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use our Services.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any item.
Product photos are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
We make no guarantee that your monitor’s display of colours or finishes will be accurate.

Prices for our products are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability to you or any third party.
9. Orders and Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
If we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction, your order may be suspended pending verification.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and contact details for all purchases.
10. Delivery Policy
ORDERS
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days of being processed.
Delivery usually takes an additional 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
11. Export and Import Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that knives or related products are legal to import into their country.
HARM Edged Tools CC cannot be held liable for delays, confiscations, or rejections by customs authorities.
12. Returns and Refunds Policy
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
After 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
Items showing clear signs of use
Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Custom-made or laser-engraved items
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email ahm@harmedgedtools.co.za for instructions.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be sent to that person directly.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Please contact ahm@harmedgedtools.co.za before returning any item for specific shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items..

Major Debit / Credit Cards (processed securely through PayPal)
All transactions are charged in USD. Payment is required in full before order processing.

27. Force Majeure
HARM Edged Tools CC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, courier delays, wars, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
